Hey loves! It has officially been 4 years since my big chop and let me tell you, my hair is flourishing. I had no expectations when I decided to go natural so the growth and health I see now has made me question why I didn’t do this sooner! I’ve always had thick hair, but to see the way my hair has literally evolved over the years has been a blessing and in this week’s video, I’m going to answer your questions in celebration! Enjoy!

Lovely video; really appreciate you sharing! Also, "Happy Anniversary!' What prep do you use for a rod set, do you use foam wrap or just your normal 'twist out' products? Also, can I air dry first (as long as possible) with rods in and then finish off with the bonnet style hair dryer (or can I air dry ALL the way and wear the rods to bed - have you ever tried that route; will my hair frizz because of no heat)? Thanking you in advance for your feedback! p.s. You never dropped the link in the video for the hair vitamins (but I found them on the web); a little pricey mind you - do they have sales from time to time so I can bulk buy?
