House made of horse dump mixed with clay- solid structure. Was it a big difference in price with concrete blocks?

The house is made of arbolite blocks (also this material is called woodstone, woodcrete, durisol, velox, faswall, econblock). Arbolite is a type of lightweight concrete based on organic filler (wood chips) and cement. This building material is very warm, unlike concrete blocks, which is important in our climate. In winter we can be very cold! These blocks were very cheap. About 38-40$ per cubic meter (there are 33 blocks in a cube).

@@StanBuilds I have never seen this in Poland, sorry for my first impression 😆 what about durability? If there is wood inside can it rot because of water?

Arbolite is lightweight, durable, warm and environmentally friendly material. The wood chips in arbolite do not rot due to the cement shell around the chips and the addition of aluminum sulfate (to neutralize the sugar in the wood chips). There are uncovered arbolite blocks on pallets near the house for two years and they are fine ;)

It's simple ;) At first I planned to build a small bathhouse. The whole concreted part of the foundation is the future outdoor terrace. Then I decided to make a house on the already made foundation.
