It’s hard to imagine what this 2004 Ford Ranger Edge must look like under the multiple layers of mud and moss it's accumulated. Believe it or not, owner Duncan flew to the US in 2004 to buy it brand new and bring it back home to the UK. For years the truck was his pride and joy, only used for Sunday best and always kept in pristine condition. The arrival of Duncan’s daughter meant that he no longer had time for the Ranger which has now been sitting outside on the drive for four long years. Top Gear's Clean Team has just eight hours to bring this tired truck back to life...

Sometimes, i wonder why people have these cars and let them get to that state. I mean, it takes an hour to either check a bucket of water over it, or take it even to an auto carwash (Shudder) Still great work. Makes that digger look like a walk in the park :). Now, how do i go about getting my In-Laws Thor Motor coach/RV to you ;)

There is absolutely ZERO things sex spec on that Ford POS. A sex spec car DOES NOT have stock paint, stock interior, stock stereo, and the wheels need 400% more chrome and the car needs airbrushing. Learn what the term is before using it. 🤦

Uh... This is a really bad detail. 12:17, the glass is dirty, they didn't even try to polish the edges of the panels. 12:21 it literally still has moss on the headlight. 12:41 is a hideous panel. What the hell did they do for 8 hours?
