Hey Kyle👋! New fan/friend tuning in from near Toronto, Ontario 🇨🇦 Barcroft = celebrate that! They really do put out informative and heartwarming content; stories of folks that are "off the beaten path" who we normally don't get to hear about. Inspiring and touching and I really look forward to seeing yours! While I don't struggle with alcohol or drugs (my thing is food - excessive/over eating) I still REALLY take away so much great stuff from your videos. Your down-to-earth & BS-free "ramblings" are straightforward but full of humanity, compassion and kindness - something the world can really use, especially right now. It's incredibly refreshing to find someone non-judgmental whose messages I can connect with and gets me thinking about where I'm at in my own life. Thank you for being brave enough to emotionally lay yourself bare so others in similar situations can benefit and flourish 😊 And congrats on your lifting record - daaaaaaaaaaamn!! Continue to be hella proud of that accomplishment, Kyle! 💪💪💪 Lastly, it's AWESOME to have a role model (for all genders, not just guys) who's clearly secure enough with himself to be a "model" for his girlfriend's nail art. Not gonna lie, it looks sexy - jealous I can't pull that look off 😁 Be safe & always be you. So glad you showed up in my "suggested videos"!! Cheers eh, Dru 💪

So, always love your videos and congratulations on your soberversary, but to be honest I couldn’t get past the Japanese Gojira T-Shirt. Need that! 🤣 I’m really sorry you’re laid off. I’m a nurse so obviously working and if you really need $$$ I’m willing to pay for your shirt 😄

To fellow people with the desire to stop drinking: Big pandemics like this historically have a way of massively changing the world. This might not be the worst that there is to come, unfortunately. There's probably no back to normal after this. There's just on to what's next, and we can hope for the best while trying not to join the doom squad. So for those who are doing shitty things now, coping with harmful behaviours, drinking to get through and will have to face the consequences as Kyle mentioned... I understand and I have that desire myself. But keep in mind that life might get more difficult rather than less difficult when this pandemic passes. You could be drinking to get to the other side, only to find that it's worse. Our governments have never been through this before and they are flying by the seat of their pants. Do you want to be on your stimulus checks and trying to get sober, or unemployed and penniless along with millions of others in the midst of an economic depression the likes of which we haven't seen in a hundred years still trying to put down the bottle? Because that's a possibility. Whatever comes will come. Let's try to face it as our best selves.

Yea drinking will never make life easier just plays your life in fast forward robbing you of life. Highs and lows are normal and being sober has helped me understand the lows are not bad but just need to accept the thoughts and figure out why and how to solve. Get the power back in our hands!

Just in case you didn't see it on the last post.....Your never done man....you've only just begun. I just watched a vid about you and you totally got me at my core....Thats love right there bro! No matter how you choose to proceed, do it with heart.... Sobriety is a privilege only those who've really earned it will ever understand....Ive got 3 almost 4 years and it's a lifetime commitment. This inspires me to continue on my fitness journey and motivates me to keep pushing through the pain but where there's pain, there is salvation, dark turned light and someone who was once lost has now been found! Do you and if that is about being sober or modeling or what makes you happy...dude believe me it will come across authentic and you'll get a huge following! Make it about fitness, make it about ink or that your still here living breathing and that when you wake in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror, thank god that you did but who cares what someone thinks because your authentic self will naturally draw people in and please dont ever fade away! Jesse
