The previous house I lived in burned down and I had to build a new house. Since there was little money, the house turned out to be small. 1st floor of a house with an area of 50 m2. In the future, 2 more rooms are planned under the roof of the house, with a total area of 30 m2.
The house has electric heating with heated floors, central water supply, ventilation and many smart devices that make the house even more comfortable.

Great job! Man needs a house, man does it! The only good part about soviet times was that people had to be creative and handy to improve the living situation. That mentality helps even these days. Instead of taking insane loans for 30 years.... just use your hands and mind for 3 years and you will have much more free time after that. I built my 170m2 house the same way. It took me 5 summers and 1 winter and I had no prior construction skills. Learnt everything from friends and KZbin. Now I only pay ~200EUR/m for all the utilities and my family life is stress free + my kids learned to do many jobs with me. Greetings from Estonia :)

And the police bureau heard about you building a house then arrested you for being bourgeois, threw you in gulag and took your house for a higher official. Yeah definitely amazing soviet countries right there. I'm a bit tired of people praising communism when this ideology is 100% against individuals building, creating and owning their own stuff because the ideology is built on envy.

If someone asked this 74 yr old woman what type of small home would I really love, I would say absolutely Elijah’s amazing small house no ❤doubt with all the out and outside builds. What a Blessing this would be. God Bless Elijah.

What is the material for the main walls? At first I thought it was some kind of cement blocks, but they seemed fairly light weight, and you can work them kind of easily.

Aerated concrete basically.. ofted called Ytong, sillicate blocks.. widely used in continental Europe

Have you possibly been to Sweden and worked on Swedish construction sites? Your work and your knowledge, solutions are similar to construction work in Sweden. Very good work and a nice house! From a construction worker who worked in large construction sites throughout greater Stockholm for over 35 years. SKANSKA, PEAB, JM, NCC and more. 😊👍

@@user-jl8vn8du6i Добрый день, смотря о каких стенах идет речь! Для внутренних стен в помещении лучше всего использовать легкие стены. Древесину уменьшите по размеру, достаточно бруса толщиной 45 мм. Тогда устойчивые стены становятся с первым слоем фанеры с обеих сторон, затем гипсокартонами, которые легко красить, обоями или оштукатуривать штукатуркой с обеих сторон. Наружные стены требуют утепления, и если вы не кирпичите, как этот дом, из легкого бетонного камня, то постройте внешние стены из бруса, утеплителя, снаружи ветрозащитной бумаги, деревянных реек и стеновых деревянных панелей. Внутренняя часть наружных стен - фанера и гипсокартон. 👍

Wow, that a pretty good price for a small home. Just a shell of a shed can you cost half that much in part of the US. Saw an article where rock wool is becoming really hard to find, there are people waiting months to acquire it. If you’re doing it yourself, of course you save a lot of money, but everything is so expensive, lumber, concrete for foundations, septic systems which come with quite a few lists of environmental requirements can double, triple construction any small home.

Great job! Very nice house construction. We have a different method of constructing a house. In my country the posts foundation and beams play a vital role in our buildings.we usually put rebars on both beams and posts. While yours are more of floor foundation. Great job btw.👍❤

What software do you use make the models? It'd be nice if there were some captions explaining what materials your using and why your doing something a certain way depending on what country your in as your viewing audience is far and wide.

Great work with the insulation of the floor and roof, but, no insulation of the exterior walls, specially in a country like Russia?! This I can't understand.
