Применимые здесь технологии сводятся к тому, чтоб удешевить строительство и уменьшить количество и без того дорогих во многих европейских странах материалах. Фольга, бумага, гипсокартон, пенополистирол, панели из опилок пропитанные фенолами и клеями. И после всего кто-то скажет, что это хорошо для человека?? А теперь представьте, что так живёт почти вся америка, а сейчас и европа. Лучшие строители были в СССР, дома строились на века, да и сейчас они стоят. А самое главное, что в них тепло и надёжно.... так потому и унес ураган ее домик, что он был сделан из го...на и палок. А все трубы водопровода и канализации, что в Европе , что в Америки снаружи. Даааааааааа нам такого не понять !! This is like living in a basement. There will be poor air exchange and increased humidity. Gases heavier than air will stay near the ground. In inversion, the air will not be good there. Few windows. Otherwise, the rebuild execution is great. I wouldn't want to live there.

What an amazing transformation and the colour throughout is absolutely beautiful but I wanted the see the roof finished and wondered if there’s outdoor seating up there? I laughed at the women sat eating crisps watching the men work 🤣 First class workmanship! 👏👏

Looks great, but what has me worried is that I didn't see any waterproofing in the shower stall. Thought I just saw him slapping tile up on the drywall? Don't know if I missed it.

Great work but why not put in a granite countertop? Can get deals on remnant pieces for a counter that small. Wood gets scratched up easily and is a fire hazard.

Интересно, почему не использована крыша, ведь можно там устроить зону барбекю. Пол засыпать мелким щебнем и красота. Квартиру сделали просто шикарно, после того, что там было изначально и что стало.

Beautifully done! It would have been nice to see the completed roof also. Where is the refrigerator? I think I saw a dishwasher or was that an oven? Also, are there any closets? I didn't see those either. This is an amazing makeover and would be very comfortable to live in. 🥰

Сырые стены закрыли пленкой. Влага будет конденсироваться и стекать на пол. Нужно было делать принудительную вентиляцию стен в этом сыром подвале ниже уровня земли. Ждите хорошего дождя в качестве проверки.

Top class workmanship. Would have been better with a much bigger 'lantern' with less wood in the roof to let in more light since there seems to be no other windows other than he one by the entrance. Shame that so many layers of material on the walls ceilings and floors led to much less space inside and the dark grungy green and dark beige paint again made it look smaller - light colours reflect more light . Those colours were depressing.what country was this house in?

Bet Connor had to buy and renovate this specific house bcs the roof sill was the perfect height for his gf to sit on with her big fat ass ,,, which she did most of the time. Further, dark colors in a flat with virtually NO natural light is like making a dark grotto. I definitively wouldn't have chosen to spend one night or one $ in that place. My favorite part - which to my surprise wasn't restored - was that tiny room/addition on top of the house. Perfect bar and beer garden ,,, given these guys were so smart as to make the roof usable as a terrasse. However, if this had been my project I seriously have redesigned and gotten permission to lower the floor 1 m, installed sub floors with heating (who on earth uses those relict radiators anymore?), raise the roof 1.5 m, add a second floor, a staircase and 2-3 more bedrooms. That way I'd be able to charge 2-3 times as much in monthly rent, and perhaps make a profit. So all in all, good job with reasonable quality, but a rather stupid project.
