People are going to say oversaturated for those books again! I've gone through amazon and there're a lot of books in this niche with so bad covers and zero quality. If you care about quality, you always have a chance! Thansk for another great video Caroline.

I bought some training kawaii town prints. And the ads. And the write a rhyming children's book with images. It's brilliant. I did a review the other week. You also make a read aloud youtube channel. Yay. It's so much fun. My first read aloud I laughed so much and 2 of the pics were in the wrong order. So I learned loads. Not uploaded yet but hop over to creative press read aloud channel. Coming soon..❤❤❤

I always wondered how tinta differentiates from coco wyo? I think they are trying to eat from the same pie without being too different

Great video! Thank you!! I've not yet used KDP, just doing a lot of research and have found your channel so helpful! I'm wondering, does KDP publish/print the square books, or do those have to be published somewhere else? I'm not finding many options in the KDP help section about book sizes.

Can you do a video on how to actually create these books?

She doesn't know she isn't an author and only talks about kdp! 😅

Do they do their own illustrations? Where do they get or create the actual pages from?
@Jypsie4153 ай бұрын
That's my question!

Meg Miles Art does her own illustrations and Coco Wyo hires artists to make theirs.

It's hard for me because I don't understand adults buying cutesie kuwai stuff. I do see other books selling in other coloring book niches, so I'm glad for that.

Your video was a fantastic overview of the self-publishing process. To complement your strategies, Low Content AI is a powerful tool that automates content generation, allowing you to focus on building your brand and reaching a wider audience.

It is against Amazons TOS to collect e-mail addresses in exchange for anything free. Bonus content is also supposed to go at the end of the book, not at the start of the book.

You do the email off amazon or on the qr code on the inside

You think they were done by chatgpt and canva?
@dustin92714 ай бұрын
Umm good question. My guess would be that they used several AI platforms to create the coloring pages. Like described in the video the are taking inspiration from “hello kitty “ type images. These images can easily be uploaded and promoted into an AI image generator to produce coloring pages. Then from there they most likely tweaked the prompts, did some editing in their preferred editing software and created these coloring books. My opinion is all. But honestly who knows. But I’ll tell you I wish I knew.

Definitely. I'm just making a rhyming children's story book. Chat gpt and canva. Read aloud done on canva too. Watch this space. I'll be uploading my videos on this soon. Once I've got the hang of it!

I would use Canva’s AI or Kittl

They have 100 percent ripped off Coco Wyo and Bobby Goods and Meghan Miles. Its hard to do these kind of books with no sense of humour attached. What makes them popular? Is that sense of humour. There are literally thousands of these kinds of books on Instagram, most created with AI. They do better than the original AI books because the style is already simple and the AI can cope with the simplistic ideas and styles. What's the AI cannot do is inject that sense of humour. Most of these books are going to just disappear with very little in the way of sales. That succeed and get talked about within the colouring community are the ones that have humour and have a definite sort of style of their own.

Does anyone else other than us Danes know what Fuzzy Hygge Actually is…?
@Jypsie4153 ай бұрын
It's a part of Danish culture and, as best as I can understand it, conveys a sense of deep, comfy coziness... So, "Fuzzy Hygge" makes me picture being all bundled up in a soft comfy chair, with my feet up, and in thick comfy socks, sitting with a nice cup of tea in front of a fireplace with it snowing outside. Fuzzy Hygge! (pronounced "hoo--gah" I believe.)
