I'll be rethinking my strategy by writing in a new genre not too off from what I write now. My problem is overthinking and having writer's block, I don't use AI in my writing. But getting into the writing mode mentally, especially with little time can be a challenge. But I agree with a better quality book over the quantity.

I'm glad your video popped up in my feed. I'm getting started and watching videos here on KZbin, trying to learn so that I figure out exactly how to do this the best way without breaking the budget. I subscribed so I can watch your other videos. The pivoting you mention sounds like me. I like that term better than bouncing around from thing to thing which is what I've been doing lately. I am working on my first journal/log book for athelets to record bests for college recruiters. I think it shoulf be spirial bound for athetics, somthing to show college recruiters. This is a deep dive on a niche and I cannot find anything on amazon like it. It would also show tips on how to improve a certain catagoty with high definition pictures. What do you think?

Have you tried to use kdp promotions? The clicks for most common phrases cost as much as 10 dollars a click. And competing authors, click on your ads to remove your money.

Hi Sean. Is there a reason why KDP authors give their coloring books generic names? For instance, if it is an Easter coloring book, the title is literally “Happy Easter Coloring Book.” Is this for SEO purposes?

@@Son-of-Glory people still wont buy it if you have no reviews. I know this from experience. Ads allows people to see the book, but it wont make them want to buy it. Without reviews it isnt attractive. Seeing those high star ratings signals to potential buyers that people have read and liked it and it may be worth the investment of buying it. Without that, people dont know if it will be good. They may click on your ad or not, but if they do, and end up not buying, in the end, its a waste of money on ads.
