I see some analogies to the purchase of rvs, bicycles and guns where first time buyers bought in droves and may question those purchases as normalcy returns.

You didn't mention how close to a store or gas stations. Nice that it has 2 sides with frontage on a nice dirt road but for me it looks like it is in the middle of nowhere. Good price though for 40 acres. Seems like it has more growth and scrub than other areas I have seen. Must get more monsoons weather there to have that much growth.

Check out the elevation. Its higher up than the flat stuff north of here with nothing on it. Its closer to the mountains.

If you own 40 acre, and nobody is around your property, county will not come to you and forces you to build house or ask you not live in RV full time here. Right? Lots of native American live in area, and they do not seem to care about mobile housing or full time RV living.

This is Navajo county you are supposed to have a septic system to go camping out there full time. If I understand the laws you can camp it for up to two months before installing a septic or having an alternative septic plan. I think the alternative plan can be compost toilet and gray water going underground 5 feet more more.
