Dont know exactly where you were but when I saw the caves it reminded me of South Saint Louis county by 55/270 interchange. It always blows my mind in the middle of the summer cause you roll in underground from being out on top where it may be 90 + degrees and then you roll into the caves where lighting is only done by lights and the temp is always about 70- 75. When you resurface and pull out , the sun hits your windshield and makes you aware that theres a whole different world up on top.

I've been to this underground storage facility. While they were unloading me, I took a flashlight and explored back in the dark areas ... oddly enough they are all like this area. Whatever machine chiseled this out, does an awesome job! The temps here are awesome, nice 'n cool!

They have these things all over. There’s a lot of them in Kansas City area. The biggest one I’ve ever been to is called subtropolis in Kansas City area. It’s even bigger than this place probably two or three times bigger.

I've been on my job for over 40 years and only laid off one time in 2009. I drove west coast from North Carolina for 7 months and only saw lot lizards in El Paso Texas, Phoenix and Kansas city and they all looked like they were on drugs. Saw a beautiful one in Laramie Wyoming, nice teeth big hair great body tight leather skirt with high heels. She asked if she could do anything for me and told her that she could do anything she wanted with me as long as no money was needed because I was sure she was under cover. She didn't admit or deny it but I did offer to buy her a corn dog. 😋

Saw one in Ripon or Lathrop CA i knew she was a cop cause they had another driver pulled over when I drove in and it was during national sting week. She was gorgeous and trying her damndest to get me hooked. The other one was at the pilot in albuquerque I was sound asleep she warrant knocked on my bunk asking if I wanted a massage it caught her off guard when there was a shiny surprise pointed at her when I opened the door and told her to get the fuck away from my truck.

This place is in Springfield MO. It is old limestone mine that was converted into storage spaces to save money on utility bills because the temperature inside the cave is constant year round.. There are many places like this all over United States. I know about at least 10 of these in Missouri alone. The biggest number of caves in one area is in Kansas City I believe.
