$40 Angus Burger Athens 🇬🇷

■ ATHENS, GREECE: My go to burger wherever I am in this world is the Double Whooper from Burger King. However, in Athens, I don't even think there is a Burger King. So where do local Athenians go then to get their hamburger fix?
BBQ is a hamburger chain who specializes in humongous angus beef burgers and is the locals' favorite pick. Everyone I've asked to recommend me their favorite burger have mentioned this restaurant with zero exceptions.
So naturally I had to give it a go and sample the biggest burger they have on offer, a monstrous angus beef burger they've named: The Brave One's Grandfather. An eight paddy mega burger with egg, bacon and cheese weighing in at 2kg+.
When it arrived at my table it was hands down the biggest hamburger I've ever seen by far. So did I manage to defeat it? 🤔

I don't get why people are making fun of Harald drinking coke zero. I mean, it's obvious that he actually cares about his health and wants to stay pretty darn fit. And he is actually good at it I must say, it's not that easy while traveling. He eats half of this burger which I would guesstimate is probably a bit more than his total daily need of kcal. Why on the earth, would one think, "AH! I'm going to add some fat to my body, so I might as well add a bit more useless fat around my intestines by drinking regular coca-cola even though there is a perfect substitute that is literally water with food coloring and some taste added to it!" Greeks are extremely humble and usually tip something like 25-50 cents in USD... this guy left them like 60-70 USD tip by the looks of it... thats why they were shocked and said its too much. Going down the comments searching for this. Yes, big mistake. Bread is what you eat when all the meat is gone. Especially if the meat is good. And this looked good - not a big hamburger person myself, but the only time I've had a hamburger in Greece (Rhodes) it was advertised as domestic naturally raised, can't remember the breed now but very specific, and that meat was truly fantastic. Often in countries where beef isn't the most traditional meat and you go to specialist places like this the meat is really, really good. But don't order a (beef)steak in a place that is mostly pork or lamb focused, it will usually be terrible. I digress, sorry. I could never have eaten all that, but if I had tried I would probably have tried to order it without the cheese, egg and with half bacon. That ketchup looked really nice, too.
