@@accminecraftnet5551 It's Street Food Stall, not restaurant. The service is different. Most Street Food Stall I ate at night are Self-Serving. This is 1 dollar Taco, I would just get the taco, sit down, pour the sauce and eat it and leave. The clean up is depend entirely on the owner and when they do it, but most people if they want to sit at that table, they can just use a napkin, pickup the trash and throw a nearby trash can. If I eat at small restaurant, I would complaint a little, but not at Street Food Stall.

Looks like Mexican street tacos to me. Looks the same as I get from Taco Trucks in California! That’s awesome that you can get authentic style tacos in Vietnam. Best with just meat, fresh onion and cilantro. Plus some lime. He should make fresh tortilla chips and add tripe and cow tongue. I think the tripe would appeal to the local Vietnamese population.

I'm from Texas, those are Authentic Mexican Tacos I assure you. A real taco is 2 corn tortillas with beef, chicken or pork and sometimes menudo. Garnished with onions or grilled onions and cilantro.

As a Mexican from California, I approve of these tacos, i wish the owner would tell him how to properly eat the pork tacos with the pineapple. With every bite of the pork taco your suppose to take a bite of the pineapple to compliment the salty savory flavor of the pork, With just a pinch of the lime.

Went to this guys restaurant well in Vietnam due to this video. it's much larger then it is in this video I'd imagine heralds free advertising helped drive expat traffic. Taco's were really good and Casey was awesome to talk with.
