I don't wish harm upon anyone or anything, but there is no place in this world for such people. It's common sense that if you don't want animals or if your animal has offspring, such as puppies, kittens, or any other babies, you should simply bring them to a shelter 🥰

Worst thing is that the video was probably fake and the dog was actually drowned by the dude you saw in the video. In fact quite certain that the dog wasn't saved either. The footage could easily have been of the dog before being drowned 😞
