It was narrated in a saheeh report that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to recite it in every rak’ah. Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said in Fath al-Baari: “It was proven that permission was given to the one who is praying behind an imaam to recite al-Faatihah in prayers in which Qur’aan is to be recited out loud, without any exceptions. That is what was narrated by al-Bukhaari in Juz’ al-Qiraa’ah, and by al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Hibbaan and others, from Makhool from Mahmood ibn al-Rabee’ from ‘Ubaadah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stumbled in his recitation in Fajr, and when he finished he said, “Perhaps you recite behind your imaam?” They said, “Yes,” He said, “Do not do that, except for the Opening of the Book (al-Faaithah), for there is no prayer for the one who does not recite it.”

This sheikh has said regards to the hadees from ubaadah that it is weak (1). Even sheikh albani weakened it. (2) even if accepted it says to recite fatiha ( there is no mention of BEHIND IMAM, this refers to a person reading ALONE)

@@abyz7939 that's Sheikh al albani grading you should respect difference of opinions. This is hanafi opinion and there is difference of opinions. They are few hadith that claim it is wajib like hadith abudawud 825 There are some Scholar that said it is sahih I forget the name I have to go back to my notes but al albani weakened the hadith We learn that al albani also differ and also you should respect other opinion just because al albani weakened it. It doesn't mean that all opinion is invalid and al albani is valid This is the act of a jahil. We should all respect madhhab opinions each madhhab have their own daleel. They spend years learning just to get an opinion. And people now days (so call salafis who said they aren't muqaleed) said madhhab are wrong and they have invalid opinion. This is a disrespectful against madhhabs For example eating camel meat doesn't invalid wudu according to hanafi,MALIKI and shafi'i And there is a hadith that proof it invalid wudu And it is sahih according to al albani Some Scholar said it is daif And again al albani isn't a great muhaddith like imam bukhari they are many great Scholar better than al albani weakened that hadith Now salafis are doing taqleed on al albani grading they said they are not muqallid but they them self do taqleed on al albani grading Salafi claims other Scholars grading invalid accept for al albani This is extremists Hence we learn there si difference of opinions and each opinion have their own proof And some Scholar said that hadith is sahih some said daif Again there is no such thing as "invalid opinion" in the madhhab only stupid salafis said that You should note that there is. Difference of opinions even salafi Scholar differ in this view You should respect difference of opinions

Hanifi fiqh chanel i have question where to look during qaida position and where to look during ruku and where to look when we are going to start salah and at the time takbir where should out eye site it would be on the place of prostation or we should look at towards qibla plz reply

Ma sha Allah , only if the students who graduate from Hanafi institutes can Quote these hadiths when questioned about certain fiqh or Akida topics. It almost seems like a parrot teaching, its ashame that this knowledge is forgotten almost after graduation and if someone asks basic questions they have to go and ask someone else for the answer. They loose the zeal to carry on with the search of knowledge even though they love being called a molana its really ashame , May Allah sw give them the inspiration and zeal to carry on in search of knowledge
