everything hanafi practice is proven from either Quran, sunnah, ijmaa' or qiyaas. ijmaa' and qiyaas is based on Hadith.. thts from where fiqh is derived.. I request the in charge, can we please hv the videos inanimated as far as possible?? maafi.. jazaakumullah khairaa in advance

Brother , there is no any sahih Hadith for kept hand below naval from six authentic hadith book and even those hadith mentioned by This Molana, I can't find in dar qutni ,musannaf ibne abi Shaiba ,Musnad ibne rahviya ... which he had mentioned in video .... don't know how can he defend all this thing so boldly ...Allah gives hidayat to all of us

The hadith which have been mentioned by you regarding the placement of hands in the qiyam in "musannaf ibn abi shaiba" vol 1 page 427,has not found by me in the same book on the same page.there is no such hadith on that page..please mention it clearly

The way in which women pray is the same as the way in which men pray in every part of the prayer, prostration, sitting, and so on. This is based on the following evidence: 1 - The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Pray as you have seen me praying.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari. This is addressed to both men and woman. Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: Everything that we have said above about the way in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) prayed applies equally to men and women. There is nothing narrated in the Sunnah which implies that women are exempted from any of that. Rather the general meaning of the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “Pray as you have seen me praying,” include women too. Sifat Salaat al-Nabi, p. 189 2 - The general meaning of the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “Women are the twin halves of men.” Narrated by Abu Dawood, 204; al-Tirmidhi, 105, from the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah. Also narrated by al-Daarimi, 764, from the hadeeth of Anas.

@nazir rashid Imam Abu Hanifah He said in Al-Fiqh al-Absat: “If it is asked, ‘Where is Allah?’ It will be said to him that Allah Most High existed when there was no place, before creating the creation And Allah Most High existed when there was no ‘where’, no creation, nothing; and He is the Creator of everything.” it is clear that Abu Hanifa believed that Allah exists without a place from this quote... but a common objection is the narration of Abi Matih al-Hakam bin Abdullah al-Balkhi which he says "I asked Imam Abu Hanifa about a person who says, 'I do not know whether my lord is, above the heavens or on earth?' he (Abu Hanifa) said: 'A person who makes such a statement becomes an apostate because Allah Ta’ala says, {The Merciful has ascended above the throne}, and the throne of Allah is above seven heavens'. I further asked, 'What if such a person admits, Allah is above His throne, but does not know whether the throne is in the heavens or on earth'. He (Abu Hanifa) said: 'If he denies that it is in the heavens, he is an apostate." ('al-Uluww' of adh- Dhahabi also 'Sharh Aqeedah at-Tahaawiyyah' of ibn Abi al-Izz al-Hanafi, Also In al-Fiqh al-Absat.) This is Mawdu` and a lie in its attribution to the Imam. Al-Dhahabi himself states (Mukhtasar p. 136 #118; al-`Uluw p. 391 #327) that everything above was reported from the Imam by Abu Matih al-Hakam bin Abd Allah al-Balkhi who is DISCARDED as a narrator according to Imam Ahmad, Ibn `Adi, Abu Dawud, a liar according to Abu Hatim. Also In Imam Ibn Hajar al Asqalani's book, Lisaan ul Mizaan (2/407) states what the muhaditheen thought about Abi Matih al-Hakam bin Abdullah al-Balkhi قال ابن مَعِيْنٍ: ليس بشيء وقال البُخَاري: ضعيف، صاحب رأي وقال النسائي: ضعيف وقال ابن الجوزي في «الضُّعَفَاء»: وقال أبو دَاوُدَ: تركوا حديثه، وكان جهمياً قال ابن حبّان: كان من رؤساء المرجية، قال أبو حَاتِمٍ الرازي: كان مرجئاً كذاباً وقال ابن سعد: كان مرجئاً وهو ضعيف وقال السَّاجي: ترك لرأيه وقد جزم الذهبي بأنه وضع حديثاً . Translation: 1.Yahya bin Ma'een (the leader of al-Jarh wat Ta'deel) said: He is "NOTHING" 2.Imam al-Bukhari (rah) the Imam of Duniya said: He is "Da'eef and man of Rai (Note: According to Wahabis being Ahlul Rai is Jirah itself) 3.Imam an-Nasai (rah) said: He is "DA'EEF" 4.Imam Ibn Jawzi (rah) mentioned him in “Al-Du’afa” 5.Imam Abu Dawud said: His hadiths are rejected “AND HE IS A JAHIMI” 6.Ibn Hibban said: He is amongst the “LEADERS OF MURJIYA” 7.Imam Abu Hatim ar-Raazi (rah) said: He is a “MURJI AND KADHAAB (LIAR)” 8.Imam Ibn Sa’d (rah) said: He is a “MURJI” and “DA’EEF” 9.Imam al-Saaji (rah) said: His opinions are “REJECTED” 10.Imam al-Dhahabi said “HE USED TO FABRICATE HADITHS” Abu Hanifa also said in Al-Fiqh al-Absat: “Allah existed eternally and there was no place; He existed before creating the creation. He existed and there was not a place, a creation or a thing; and He is the creator of everything. He who says ‘i do not know if my Lord is in the heavens or on the earth’, is a Kafir. Also is a kafir whoever says that ‘He is on al-’Arsh, and i do not know whether al-’Arsh is in the heavens or on the earth’.” al-Bayadi said in Ishaaraat al-Maraam: "This is because he implies that the Creator has a direction and a boundary, and anything that possesses direction and boundary is necessarily created. So this statement explicitly attributes imperfection to Allah Most High. The believer in [divine] corporeality and direction is someone who denies the existence of anything other than objects that can be pointed to with the senses. They deny the Essence of the Deity that is transcendent beyond that. This makes them positively guilty of disbelief." As quoted in al-Kawthari, "Khuturat al-Qawl bi al-Jiha" ("The Gravity of the Doctrine That Attributes Direction [to Allah Most High]") in his Maqalat (page 368-369) Also Imam Abu Mansur al-Maturidi explained this to mean: "The reason is that by such words he suggests a place for Allah and this is idolatry." Imam Abu Hanifah said, in his book Al-Wasiyya, (page 81): We recite that Allah is ‘istawa ‘ala’ the throne, without Him having a need, or being established on the Throne. He is the Protector of the Throne and of other than that, without Him having any need, for if He was in need of anything, He would not have been able to bring this world into existence, nor what happens to it, like the creations. If He had the need to sit (julus) or to establish Himself (istiqrar), then before creating the Throne, where would He have been [that is, according to you?]. Allah is free from what the unjust people attribute to Him. It is now clear that the Imam is clear of believing that Allah occupies places.

Imam al Bukhari wrote a book called, “Juz al Raf Ul Yadayn”. Inside this book, Imam al Bukhari mentions a narration from Ibn Umar رضي الله عنه said: “كان اذا رٱى رجلا لا يرفع يديه اذا ركع واذا رفع رماه بالحصى” “He (Abdullah ibn Umar) used to pelt small stones at those who didn’t practice Raf’ul Yadayn before or after Ruku.” [Juz Raf’ul Yadayn, al Bukhari, #No: 15] Lol... using Ahl al-Hadith scholars will not make your claims Hujjah or Burhan, placing the hands below the navel is da'if period, whilst placing the hands on the chest is a Sunnah and proven from Imam Mailk, this is sly from Yasir Sahib I expect nothing less.

No hadith from the 6 major books of Hadith. It's ok that you mentioned all Hadiths from books other than the 6 major books but you could have mentioned them at least. I have been a Hanafi since 30 years but I am fed up. They rely mainly on Hadiths outside the 6 major books of Hadiths.

Beside those 6 books there were many authentic books of ahadith before like, muatta malik, jam-e-sagir, musnad ahmad, sohifa-e-Ali, musnad-e-abi hurayrah etc.

Every ulama over the world practices all authentic books not only those 6. And 6 books are given preference not only for their authenticity but for huge number of collection of ahadith.

@@SahabUddin-bu5kg All these 6 books contains ahadith supporting raising hands in salah. Imam Bukhari has mentioned over 100 ahadiths supporting raising hands in his book Juzz Ul Rafayadain. Imam Tirmidhi has mentioned in Jami at Tirmidhi that ahadith about raising hand has been reported from 50 Companions and among them are also the 10 Companions who were given the good news of Paradise. According to this raising hand in salah is a proven Sunnah that we should follow.

@@hafizur1986 dude....Bukhari came over a hundred years LATER. All these hadiths are authentic according to Abu Hanifa and Imam Malik and Shafi. Imam ahmad memorized 1 MILLION hadiths. Bukhari only wrote down the ones he thought was authentic. Doesn't mean there are MORE authentic hadiths. The 4 imams are part of the salaf, bukhari ain't. You can follow Bukhari as your Imam if you want but bukhari never established a madhab.

In my Experience, For Salafi brothers Bukhari is Islam, anything not in it is DAEEF weak. COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF FIQH AND ITS NEED.

So confusing. So many books. While A’LLah’ul Hakeem has already stated that The Kitab was sent down fully explained and detailed. Nothing has been left out or omitted from it. No crookedness and no doubt in His Clear Ayat. 6:38 6:114 Verily, now I see why the Prophet will declare on the Day of Judgement that the people have a bland ones the Quran. I worship A-LLah alone, which he commands in His Book of Guidance. And the shahada is Only for A-LLah alone. Come back to the Quran Brothers and Sisters. A-LLah is Al Ghafourur ar’Raheem.
