The washers should have went between the board and the head of the screw. The washer keeps the head of the screw from splintering the wood and stripping the hole so your knob always stays tight. 😊 just trying to be helpful not hateful. I enjoy watching the crafts you come up with.

I always enjoy watching you. My house is over 130 years old, so I totally understand not having a lot of closet type spaces. We also have the world's smallest walk in pantry. lol You have to be fairly small to walk inside it without going in sideways. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Me too! I have to drive about 50 miles to get to the nearest Ikea. It's worth it if I have to go to the big city for other things, but I always forget to make a trip to Ikea while I'm there. Or I get too tired by the time I do my other things, usually doctor appointments. And Ikea doesn't sell online, which is the biggest bummer. Unless I'm missing something. EDIT: I just found their online website! Woohoo!!
