Nice clean shots which I have a lot of respect for . I've shot around 15 moose,15 black bear and 5 white tail deer and it was some of the best memories and times I've had , I'm now 43 and I don't know what changed but I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger anymore, I love the thrill of the hunt and being outdoors but when it comes time to kill lately I just take a picture and let it go . I definitely have some hunting partners who don't like how I changed but I still bring out people who can't get black bear by themselves and call in moose for my cousins but I can't shoot them myself , I guess I got soft in my old age lol. Again nice kill shots though no suffering is what it's supposed to be like 👍

Alright. Someone needs to make a statement that this is all legal hunting and no animals in this video, and most hunting overall ever go to waste. Yes there are terrible hunters, but they're really not common. There are also thousands of each animal killed. Hunting is for management and a food supply, not mindlessly killing. So everyone who is calling these people monsters don't really know what hunting really is. Thanks for understanding.

In bc we have a big problem with cities expanding at a alarming rate, that and the fact of so many people switching to a primary vegetarian or vegan diet dramatically increases the need for ever expanding farm land. One new farm alone will be the reason for several hectares of forest to be logged destroying natural habitats but farmers crops are their livelihood and they will destroy any animal that threaten their crops from rabbits to deer and elk. A bc hunting license and tags are bought annually and the majority of the money goes towards environmental studies of animal habitat and numbers aswell as reintroducing species that have been decimated by development and other factors of human population increase. Hunters are the reason my childrens children will see herds of elk and fields of deer. Great video guys and thanks for all you do to support our planet for the future

@metalmamasue368016 күн бұрын
@TheInstigatorMan ExactIy right. Most hunters are ethical and never want to see an animal suffer. Most hunt to put meat in the freezer to feed their families. The antlers, horns etc are bonus. The biologists and game commission determine how many can be taken any given season. The goal is never to hunt them all, then they'd have none to hunt.

Why you are killing such beautiful creatures
@canadaintheroughtv5 ай бұрын
These animals are abundant here. They are an important part of our food supply. The animals in this video fed multiple families over many years. The license to harvest these animals was issued by the government who pays biologists to monitor and study populations to ensure sustainability Wild game meat is a smart choice. Wild game is the most renewable, the most sustainable, the most organic, the most lean, and the most environmentally friendly meat source on the planet

Sad to see such beautiful animals die just for someone's fun.

Hunting is actually pretty important for keeping animal populations in check. For example if we let rabbit populations breed to big numbers they catch diseases and die off. And just look at what's happening in romania now that they banned the hunting of bears
@A_PEEK_INTO_MY_LIFE10 ай бұрын
@@mkjust6960 i know all this stuff but it still feels uncomfortable becajse dying of disease is different and killing the biggest and most beautiful of them is different. In my opinion it might be interfering with natural selection also.

What if they ran away after getting hurt. You can't let animals suffer from your arrows and bullets for the sake of your passion Also imagine yourself shooting same as you shot that animals
@Undead_Hare5 ай бұрын
Ethical hunting always involves proper shot placement. No one ever feels good if an animal gets away, and any good hunter would chase it down to ensure it didn’t suffer. This isn’t shooting for sport, this is shooting for population control and for meat, these animals feed families in need. Do you feel bad getting meat from a grocery store or farmer’s market, where the animals were raised without once seeing the sun? Don’t be a hypocrite.

I'm also a hunter from South Africa, I'm just curious what do you guys use the bears for after shooting them? For the fur? Or do you eat them?😂 Not hating just want to know ! 🎉
@canadaintheroughtv Жыл бұрын
Bear meat is our favourite wild game meat. So for eating but we also keep their heads for rugs as well.

When a friend got his Fall bear he ground most of it. No added fat needed to process, and just right for yummy burgers. If Mom hadn't told the kids what they were eating they wouldn't have shied from the meat. I found out a week later that most of it was tossed out, IMO a monumental waste.

gnarly how at 8:03, the bullet goes through and through on the deer's lungs, and you can see its breath condense out the hole on the other side as it starts to run away.

Why are you watching hunting videos? For the opportunity to pass judgement on people for not thinking and living just like you do? That's lame, and it's low vibration.
