Spirit Voyage or Sirgun Kaur, whoever can answer: I'll be travelling from July 28 - August 5 and will be around people most of the time. I can find a quiet spot and at least do the mudra and the pumping of the belly, but is it OK that I whisper that mantra or just think it or listen to it on my iPod? Does that "count"?
