You got this man, just gotta stop doubting yourself, especially in close to losing positions, one thing I noticed between you and other 3000 such as Hikaru or Danya, and couple others I've watched is that they just keep playing, unless it's a ridiculously losing position but most the time they forgot about the blunder/miss/mistake and move on, once you make any mistake in your game I notice a change in your energy and motivation as if you've already loss the game in your head. Constantly talking yourself out of resigning instead of focusing. I'm only 1400 (Chess bday is April 17th 2023) although probably irrelevant as this is just an observation on your mentality not chess from a different person's perspective, hope this is actually insightful, really rooting for ya man ya got this! PS if this doesn't resonate at all just ignore me lol, just from what I've seen watching a few streams,

pps lol, maybe check your resignation insights n compare to other 3000 GMS, to see if you resign too often, although kinda hard to tell from their stats if they are just playing better leading to less resigns or if they play out losing/disadvantageous positions more often then yourself just a thought I had
