Of all the videos on KZbin yours demoing 40 day's week 1 this is the only one where the Boat Pose to to the second part of Boat pose, the cross ankles and lift is actually demonstrated! Kudos to our Yogini on the right in the video, there are men with tremendous upper body strength who do not even attempt to demonstrate this transition! Great job! I am inspired to keep working to get there. Thank you!
