First offroad testdrive! a lot of fun but its so hard to control with such a small powerband. Next video it will all be painted and finished, and we will go all out with the video production! Thanks for watching!

Absolutely awesome. If center of gravity was a touch lower it would be an unstoppable. This way, it keeps you scared just enough to not die, lol.. Well done my man!!!

Well done.👍👍 There's always a few minor issues to iron out on these types of builds. Smaller back sprocket (or larger front) should lengthen the powerband too.

Not sure how short the power band was with the original exhaust, but I'd bet the lack of straight, non-expanding pipe at the front section is not making any favours to the power band. On something like stock 2-t scooters, the front straight section may be quite long. Usually making it a bit shorter and wider gives boost to the mid range. But in this case you cut out the straight section and instead went for immediately expanding section. The first version didn't work at all because of the shape, now it works otherwise, but the lack of straight section is probably harming the power band quite a lot!

because the engine has no power band the carb feeds from the secondary jet to increase fuel.

One of those, i told you so moments with the roll bar. It looked sketchy as all hell and its telling it could not hold even bare minimum of wheeling over... thankfully it didnt flip side ways, so thats a plus..

Wow so close to cool! Get it running better and finished and it'll be the coolest tractor racer around! I think your suspension damping is ok but the springs seem a little soft, especially the rear wheel it sags under power causing the front to hop and wheelie like that. Also just an observation but the steering is too low between your knees to be comfortable to control, maybe consider raising it a bit. But great work and an awesome power wheels tractor! The smoking doesn't hurt so long as the jetting is fuelling correctly so leave it more tractor like and giving the engine a little more protection.

Rear wheel loss is good, as you know the problem without getting launched into air. When i was 15 my cousin had an quadbike and as passenger i watched front wheel overtaking us while we where driving about 30km/h on dirt road. In about one second spindle dug into dirt stopping bike in place and launching us upwards. My cousin had no helmet and landed with instant hit into head by my helmet. That was overall nice lesson about maintenance and helmets c: We pushed this rubbish vehicle for a few hundred meters, and then owner realized that in reverse he can just drive with poor stability but effortless, so this ended up with 1km trike reversing through dirt roads until we got home

You need to put the old exhaust back on and not cut bits out of it the expansion chamber is very sensitive if you want to change the direction of the pipe you need to pie cut the pipe

Man I love this project. Your videos are really entertaining and your fabrication skill are quite imaginative and impressive. A couple scenes were a bit shaky with the camera work and hard to follow, this also makes he text hard to read without pausing. Finally the audio quality could use some help, especially having consistent volume when you're speaking. That said I believe in you and your channel, keep it up!

What motor does it have on it? The reason I'm asking is because I grew up racing dirt bikes and I've never seen a 2 stroke 125 or 250 motor that has a dry clutch. I am curious awesome machine definitely.

If that's factory oem carb and jetting leave it alone and try removing the exhaust about 6" behind the expansion chamber amd run it... If it's better then add an equivalent sized spark arrestor and run it again... That long skinny pipe and huge muffler is useless and causing back pressure problems and not allowing it to rev smoothly through the power band..

Your powerband is so short because of the exhaust pipe. The size and length of it will greatly affect the powerband and how the engine runs. Time to do some research and/or talk to an expert.
