Jada, Ireally really like your method of workout, motivation style, and just down to earthiness! I'm over 50 and found it just the right amount of challenge mixed with do-ability :), used a few of your modifications, but the order you did things, tips for doing correctly, rests and stretching... I feel awesome! I'm surprised there aren't more comments or subscribers but i will be sharing!

This work out was one of my favorites. Loved it. Will save it and do it again. Love the 30-40 minute work outs and the total body work outs. Thanks GymRa for your workouts and making them available to everyone without a cost
