Full body workout with minimal equipment needed... a very nice set up for a good home workout. Admittedly I went in expecting a ridicule worthy routine with such limited equipment as the premise but ended up paying close attention to an actually worthwhile set of complementary exercises for me to incorporate alongside my home dumbell exercises...live and learn I guess. Good work and thank you for teaching these exercises

Hello! You have very unique exercises, not a frequent. Its is very good, its not boring. I tried 5-6 popular youtube trainers, but u are the highest best. I have 24kg bell, I replace 1-2 exercises with dumbbells. Bravo man!

This was an amazing workout Daniel. Very well paced and i liked that it moved from upper to lower body plus it incorporated some abs. Really well done as usual Daniel. Really comitting to getting all these workouts done.

AWESOME WORKOUT!!!! It kicked my butt but I was able to complete the entire workout!!! I used my 15, 20, 25 and 30 pound kettlebells. Thanks Daniel...YOU ROCK!!!💪🏾🏋🏾🌞
