Been doing this for a little over a year now and over time went from 20lbs to 25lbs kettlebell, 3 minutes of jogging/15 body weight squats/ 20 push-ups / 30 upper&lower body crunches before doing the kettlebell workout and my life’s changed, went from skinny and self conscious to having a full body with lean muscles and confidence of a lion. @@leodavis9824 every other day! Haven’t stopped since I made the comment and I also do not diet what so ever basically eating whatever I want when I want and my physique is better than I would’ve ever imagined. Best thing you can do is just stick to something comfortable and add over time!

Hello! Amazing workout, I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (3 days per week) and noticed some quality progress in my strength. I'm 48kg myself so I started with 4kg kettlebell but I am doing it with an 8kg one now, so proud of myself! Never knew I'd be able to lift much, thanks! You give nice tips throughout the whole workout :+)

I don’t want to become huge, but grow some muscles while staying lean (I also do combat sports so becoming a brick is not an option), I have no idea if 16 kgs is good or too much

@@cosmicsection1263 I also have been doing combat sports for over a decade, and my advice would be that by using a 16 KG you won’t suddenly wake up one day and become huge, but if you can use 16 kg with proper form and technique then I’d say go ahead and use it, you can always de-load if the need arises

I did this workout during my lunchtime at work and now I've got to take a teams meeting looking like a hot sweaty mess 🤣 fantastic workout. I liked how you could modify the weights as you went on so i found I was using anything from an 8kg to a 16kg (16kg for leg stuff mainly)

Hi Alex Thank you so much for this workout. I found it 3 years ago as a totally out of shape 50 y.o. and it helped me a lot. I've been doing it about weekly ever since as my full body strength day. I went from using a 8kg and a 12kg kettlebell to a 16kg (strict press, triceps extensions), 20kg (rows, biceps curls) and 24kg (swings, squats). I do pause the video in between, though, so my heart doesn't explode. I wouldn't need the video anymore, I know it by heart. But I still watch it because it's very motivating. But I'm also always happy when we reached the end and you're saying: "The cardio element is certainly there from doing intercourse, and we're sweating." (or so, English isn't my first language😁) 28:08 Thanks again! 🙏🏼🏋️

I am sweating through pores I didn’t think I had! Very impressed that you did this in real time because I had to pause a couple times. After doing other workouts through various channels, this will be my go-to routine. The clincher? You don’t crank up the obnoxious music like the other trainers.

Love doing this workout! I used a 30 pound kettlebell for most of the workout. I used a 20 pound kettlebell on one exercise and a 25:pound on another. I weigh 108 pounds.

I quit going to the gym (new covid wave here in Canada) and this mixed with the kettlebell chest workout in alternating days is just an amazing challenge. Best full-body KB routine I've found on YT to date, after A LOT of lockdown research. Liked the focus on simple, compound moves, and thanks for including warm-up/mobility too - a lot of videos forget to do this. Also the constant technique tips were appreciated. Only other improvement I could suggest is 40sec countdown timers for the individual sets, but not a biggie. Thanks again for this one!

Did this today, after working from home to get some exercise in following a sluggish day. Wow. It's a tough one. The cockiness in me thought that as a 32 year old gym goer for 14 years that I'd handle it relatively easily. But the shoulder press and triceps really had me blowing. Thanks for uploading this. Love this workout, but I do have to drop the weight through the exercises. For swings and squats, I can use 16-20 kg, for shoulder press I go down to 12, and for biceps and triceps I use 8kg. I certainly feel like I have worked after this. Thanks, Alex, for putting this together!

This has been the most intense workout and most sweat (as if someone threw a bucket of salt water on my face) I've had since my days training in my high school athletics team. I've always been the tall skinny guy in my squad and I didn't take advantage of the lockdowns to work out so I gained some fat (I'm 6'3'', 73kg of fat) but better late then never. I bought a 20kg kettlebell because that's my person goal for the year to be able to lift and some dumbbells for the overhead exercises (don't want 20kgs near my head😅) . I'm making good progress but I gotta take it one day at a time Thanks for the vid (had to leave a like and sub)

I am using a 12 kg KB. For lower body, back and biceps it is maybe a bit too light, but for the shoulder and triceps it is brutal. Great workout👍
