I did this yesterday and my biceps are so sore it hurts to straighten my arms 😂😂😂 I was failing before the time for the different incline chest presses holding 15kg. The exercise before each one made those tough! I did go up to 16kg for the Pump set chest presses and held 15kg for the pullovers. Biceps I held 8kg except T-curls I had to lower to 17.5kg. Hanging Narrow Grip Curls I felt pain in my right shoulder when I lowered all the way down so I only lowered a little over halfway. Overhead Twist Press and Upright Row I was able to hold 10kg! All in all this was a great workout! Weights: 16kg, 15kg, 10kg 8kg, 17.5kg, 5kg

Full Banger !!🔥🔥💪. Doing your workouts from 6 months now. I am finding myself strong enough to add some more weight. Currently i have a pair of 4 kgs and a pair of 10 kgs dumbbells. .now i have ordered a pair of 15 kgs dumbbells. Now i will do more precisely. Your 10 my 10. Your 5 my 4 Your 18 my 15. 😃😃

Fantastic quality as always, Daniel! Worked so many muscle groups, and experienced several times where I almost reached failure. All in 40 minutes! Form cues were helpful, and the rest breaks were perfectly timed. Thank you!

Completed. I think structure could have been better. Should have mixed some exercises from set 1 to set2 and set 2 to set 1. As set 1 was way to heavy to complete with you. And set 2 was pretty easy. Exercises , rest and work time . everything perfect. But arrangement of exercises could have been better. My opinion ✨

Depends on your fitness level and the stress amount on you body! in order to progress I would say 2-3x times a week
