This was fantastic Daniel not only physically but mentally for me. My husband suffers bouts of depression and at those times building my own resilience is essential, strength training such as this is so helpful, thank you.

I fell in love with your workouts honestly! I could not find anyone with kettlebell workouts and you have a lot of them. I love this piece of equipment so much! So I did some of your workouts recently and I cant get enough! Btw this one was love-hate matter for me :D I swear the rest seconds were shorter and shorter with each minute :D Greetings from the Czech Republic 💕

Another one in my DanielPT to-do playlist completed! Kettlebell is harder and so much torture compared to dumbbell, so when my husband and I workout together, and he wants kettlebell I'll do it (he prefers kettlebell over dumbbell). Otherwise I kind of... Avoid it? Even though I'm the one who bought the set of kettlebells because one day your live premier kettlebell hiit looked fun 😂 Weights: 16kg, 14kg, 12kg, 10kg
