Even though I despise barre, I really enjoyed this workout. The format is fun, the exercises are great, and barre comes in small doses 🤪. Tracey is the only instructor with whom I'm willing to do any barre exercises with!! I really love the variety in your channel!

Whoo hoo! I loved this format. I did have to pause a bit before some of the barre moves to get set up with my chair lol! The burn is real 🔥! I have a nerve disorder in my feet and legs that currently is in remission but it lasted for years! I only wear my tennis shoes and Birkenstocks and I workout barefoot at home and it works for me thank goodness! I walk my dog for at least an hour everyday and am so thankful I can do that! Thank you!

I listened to that podcast the other day and found it to be extremely informative. Unfortunately I already have two bunions but had I known all of this before they grew I believe it could have stopped them from getting bigger. After listening to this I got some good toe spacers and I am exercising my feet and got some Zero shoes. My 39 yr old daughter is afraid of getting bunions because of me so I shared this podcast with her so she can nip that by strengthening her feet. It’s hard to have bunions when you are active like I am and I have never considered surgery because I can’t bear not being able to be on my feet for a period of time. But I am willing to do whatever I can to at least improve my situation so this was definitely a podcast worth listening to. Thanks so much for doing it. She was great!

Me when I saw this workout 🤩😃! Me after doing this workout 🤩😃! I love this format and no repeat is even more fun! I liked the foot talk at the end. I have struggled with feet issues for years. My new foot doctor just told me that I needed to buy shoes with a wide toe box. I hope that helps!
