Last Monday I sat in 8.5 hours of mediation for my divorce. A lot of tears. And the next day I didn’t know how I’d make it through my work day. I was a mess. But this Monday I started off working out with all of you! Another sweaty Monday! It’s going to be a great day guys! Love you all! ❤

These long work periods are not my favorite, so today I found a weight that challenges me for about 12-15 reps and once I hit that, I took a little longer rest. Love the movements. Love the lower/upper.

I was in a bad place mentally for many years. I woke up one day, went to my iPad and the first thing that showed up was my KZbin channel and Day 1 of summertime fine. Although I was exhausted I said to myself, “I am seeing this for a reason” I got up, put my workout clothes on and told myself “ I am strong, I can do this” and I have ever since. I spent half the day yesterday meal prepping and cutting up all my fruits and veggies so it is easy grab and go. I just completed day 16 and feel stronger physically and mentally than I have in almost 10 years (when my dad died) Thank you Sydney and the rest of the squad for being there for me everyday. Wow ur story really resonates with me. I lost my mother 11 years ago and I was in a really bad place mentally for a long time too. I found Sydney in Sept last year when she was returning from maternity and my life has improved so much. Sending my love and support to you!!! Keep it up!! 💜

It is true that we need to support our workouts with proper hydration, nutrition. I have eliminated 99% of junk foods/ processed foods eating more whole food & plant based. It is amazing how much of a difference it makes. I truly enjoy following your channel even though I try others I ALWAYS come back here.🤟 I finished with a flop sweat and a big smile knowing this is helping me be the best version of me😁

These workouts definitely highlight my need to strengthen my non-dominant arm and leg. I slow down the play speed and get into the zone. This helps me not feel rushed. Crushed it!

For the last year I worked out 5 days a week, 30-40 minutes per day with a paid subscription with the "at home" versions of an NYC boutique gym's class. For the last 3 weeks, I've been doing Sydney's free workouts with the same regularity. In 3 weeks, I am stronger and feel more energy than I have in the last year. I am so grateful for what you're giving, Sydney. Thank you for this!

What an amazing workout! I found myself feeling like a rockstar. I did moves that I thought I couldn’t do such as renegade push-up rows on my toes and holding 20 pounds over my head in split squats. Thank you Sydney pushing us to be stronger versions of ourselves
