AMAZING! I especially loved the over head to side crunch move! And to answer your question, yes, I was drenched in sweat. In fact, at one point I was in the middle of a move and some sweat rolled into my eye and I was like ahhhhh, burning. 😂 Thank you ladies for an incredible workout!

OMG! My arms were so weak aftr the exercise. The wts i used (5, 4 & 2.5kgs) suddenly became so heavy. But overall, i enjoyed the workout. Thank u Rachel & Christina, as always, for guiding me thru this exercise. 🙏👍
