Loved doing legs without squats and lunges! There are so many other way to work out legs as Sydney is showing us during this program. I, too, will be sad when this program is over. It has been one of her best!

Haven’t really been feeling it lately. Been pushing myself for the past 2 1/2 months almost 3 months now with counting calories/macros, eating cleaner and staying consistent with every workout and the weight doesn’t seem to be shedding. Been feeling really defeated but I still manage to get the work done although not being the most happy about the results not showing as much as they should by now. Anywho, great job to everyone and anyone who may be in the same boat as I. Keep going.
