I like the variety on this channel. I never dread what's coming next. You always keep me guessing! I tell myself if you can do it, I can do it. I definitely don't think I was working as hard as you on all those jumps! I definitely needed to work on those! I skipped working out yesterday after your last 2 videos b/c I was so sore (and honestly didn't have time.) I've been doing your videos since mid November off and on and I love them!

Great intense metabolic smash with diagonal jump training. The excercises are super strong the start with the cardio was good to get the heart rate up. The strength rounds are powerful and challenging. I used 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs.😅 The diagonal jump training was an amazing finisher. 🤩 I’m happy I joined this one. 😊 Thank you tracy.
