This workout is totally beast. I’m 16 and I’m starting my journey to getting fit after many failed attempts. This workout is tough indeed, but made me feel amazing after it. Tmrrw I’ll definitely be so sore, and definitely adding this to my workout routine.

Squat Pulse as exercise number two is diabolical 😅😂 this is my second or third time through this exercise. One of my favorites. At this point I’ll take any of these workouts as opposed to the 300 burpees. I try to do that one every other week 🤢

So tell me if I’m wrong but I’m doing this workout 2-3 times a week. I’ve added two 20 pound dumbells in each hand the whole time. Am I over doing it? Or can my growth come from getting used to that weight and adding more?

Love the workout! First time was the hardest but i find it easier every time more when I do it. I just got one question, how many exercise are there for calves beacue i think there is just calve raises? Thank a lot.

Yes there are calf raises, however the calfs also work in the other leg exercises, especially any where you add a jump. Awesome work keep going! 😄💪
