August 4, 2023: Doing this one because it's on the calendar while Sydney, Dustin and Ari are on vacation. I LOVED it. I worked to failure. It's amazing how 4 sets of a super set can exhaust a muscle. Thanks Sydney!!!!

I'm here on 08/09/2023. Wow, I loved this push and pull superset workout! That was intense, my muscles were on fire! 💪🔥I loved working with different tempos, it really increases the muscle fatigue.

thank you sydney! i am caring for my dad after he had a spinal fusion surgery done and i am up around the clock giving him his necessary meds. i also homeschool 3 young children so your girl is TIRED, haha! but it is important for me to continue to show up here and give it my all - whatever that looks like day to day. thank you for always encouraging us to do our best right now and to focus on effort :)

I should have seen it coming, but Sydney caught me off guard with the last set. Wowzers! Was that intense or what? I'm going to be feeling my arms for the rest of the day and I love it.

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (42:43): "You're capable of things that challenge you. Things that challenge you push you to be that next best version of yourself capable of more things." (43:34): "You're never going to know what your true potential is unless you step into what's uncomfortable, mentally challenging, physically challenging. Pushing right past what you're used to, what you know is safe, to get into a new what you're used to and what is safe zone...whatever it is that you have in mind that's scary, or you're not sure of what the outcome might be. The only outcome in terms of how you perceive it is positive. Either you have a new goal, you have a new strength that you didn't know that you had, or you move into that next best version of yourself." (44:13): "Move forward into what pushes you so your current strength can be your previous strength." Once again, so much wisdom from Sydney here! I'm always trying to move up in weights, if even for a few reps! It's easier to challenge myself when I see Sydney do it every day!

Great upper body burn. I had to press pause in the first set because I'm not fast enough with my adjustable weights, but it was no big deal. Loved the burn. Last round I did push-ups and then flipped over for some ab flutter kicks. Crushed it ✅

Shoulders are on 🔥 picked heavy weights for last set thinking was going to be just 1 set each and when she said “we are doing it 3 times non stop” I was like Holy Moly. But I pushed through slowly but sure . Thank you Sydney.

Great upper body workout on this blessed Wednesday!!! Love the supersets cause it challenges my strength each time. Thank you always believing and encouraging us to keep going and to never give up!.
