hello! I see you own a video production company, this sounds more like market research instead

Very nice. But why is the tree planted in the middle of the driveway. 🤷♂️

I wish I could have an answer for you, we just do the filming production

The tree is well positioned in such a way, that you can't view it from the rear view mirror when backing from the garage 😂

Lovely home but I don't like the view.

Why not?

@@elementimage I like the view, but those pesky cruise ships need to disappear: too much pollution and environmental damage everywhere. Those companies could have been using gas turbines, instead of diesel engines, for decades, in fact their business model is completely unsustainable.

That’s odd, considering people tend to pay more money to live on THAT SIDE of the island just so that they can have that view.

@@SomewhereInTheSolarSystemThis little rant has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with what was said in the original comment. 🙄🤦♂️

@@pineappletacos4727 That comment is totally pertinent, architect here. People pay more on this side of the island because of the skyline view, but the downtown skyline is absent from the general rear view from this house, only visible from the rooftop. Instead, the most relevant element on this view, by far is the Port Miami and the cruise ships. Unfortunately, cruise ships are the single most dangerous source of pollution and 2.5PM particulates in the entire Miami Dade county. Not only that, but those large cruise ships are now synonymous with contamination and environmental damage. You can assume that who buys such a house care for their own health, and in this case, the cruise ships are not a good sight. Each major ship that's burning bunker fuel makes the equivalent pollution as 15 million gas cars, the only "little rant" here is yours. Those three islands are lovely, but today they are plagued by the causeway noise, pollution, and transit to go anywhere, unfortunately. I really hope that major adoption of electric transportation solves most of those problems in the next years before sea level rise takes everything away, as electric vehicles are silent and don't make any local pollution.
