I so wish we'd stop worrying about what is appropriate for whatever age. Lets have a mohican in our 60s, a buzz cut in our 70s, wear crop tops and Adinola socks over leopard leggings in our 80s and please ourselves. We're all grownups and should celebrate our individuality instead of being sheep. What an exciting world it could be! It's your one life be YOU!

Oh Emma don’t use those foot peels ! You will have dry tight feet and then a full foot peel. They are great to get your feet holiday ready if you have time ( about 2 weeks )for the whole process.

Hi Emma, my dr said I can take hrt for the rest of my life if I want as we never get our estrogen back without it. Having said that I took hrt for a couple of months but it made me feel really angry with everyone so I stopped! Who'd be a woman hey xx

It’s funny years ago I went over to visit my cousin got to meet her and I got into Yorkshire tea gold and we couldn’t get it in Australia at that time and she used to semi boxes and boxes but now we sell it here in Australia the gold and the proper strong and the other one, but it’s the only tea I drink and it’s it’s not funny because I carry it when I go on a cruise I take with me for when I know I get to the UK and then I’ll be able to buy some more in stock up while I’m on the cruise

I think as women we can do and wear and say and have whatever makes us feel good. In the end we are never going to please everyone. So why not please ourselves! Great channel.
