Ultralight is just marketing.

This ultralight gear is expensive….you can buy similar products for much less and the wight might increase by 2 lbs or at the extreme 3 lbs more overall….been backpacking for over 30 years….dont get suckered into spending hundreds of dollars because it’s sold as “Ultralight”
