Had to finish these videos, I done had my babygirl. Her due date was December 9th she came December 6th. I had my first baby completely natural. My water broke, I was in labor for 15 hours, pushed for 7mins, and no tearing just a small internal scrap. I just had my baby Wednesday March 27, the exact day that I was 40 weeks. I started having contractions since Monday all day and Tuesday they got stronger and stronger I went to the hospital in the 8am in the morning and they sent me back home because I was only 1cm dilated and I was so frustrated because I was in so much pain and I couldn’t sleep and then they got so much worse at 6pm.. I went to the hospital I got there at 8pm I was 4cm dilated I was admitted. By 3am I was already 8cm and by 5am I was already 9.5cm. We had to wait because he was facing the wrong way and they had to change his positions and it took a few hours and they had to break my water but my beautiful baby boy was born at 12:04pm.. my first baby and I only pushed for 14 minutes. I am so emotional, he’s finally here and we just got to take him home today and he’s so perfect! All the waiting, pain, contractions, not sleeping, and pregnancy symptoms were so worth it!

Hi Channel Mum.. my partner and I have been following these weekly videos since about week 16. Every Tuesday it has been our thing. Today is the first time I am watching it without him as he has sadly departed from us a week ago. It has been a very difficult time ofcourse but I thought I’d watch today and as I pressed play I smiled at the intro sound as it was the way he would remind me in the morning that it’s another week down and we need to watch our weekly update. I can’t believe I am watching this 40 weeks video with my baby in my arms… Didn’t have any signs of labour and was getting rather frustrated. Refused the sweep offered by my midwife and went to the cinema with my other half after the appointment. And guess who showed up the next day, bang on his due date..? I'm 40 weeks 3days. One sweep on wednesday which did absolutely nothing. Don't think she did it right- no circular motion what so ever. Getting calls and text messages from friends and family 😒😒. I've tried pineapple, castor oil and just started the raspberry leaf leaves yesterday. Induction booked for monday😩😩😩. Going to try another sweep on saturday. Wish me luck everyone.

40 weeks today (20/12/21)! Wish baby boy would hurry the hell up. I'm so uncomfortable. My bump has been covered in calamine lotion for a week because my stretch marks are so sore and itchy. My pelvis is achey from the weight and the heartburn has not gone away. Got a sweep tomorrow so it will hopefully set him off and he'll arrive before Xmas! Thank you for doing these videos I've loved watching every week and we've celebrated making it to each weekly milestone. I am 40 weeks and two days pregnant today. It was hard for me to decide to have a natural birth instead of a C-section. I am having second thoughts as the days keep passing. I don't want to be induced. I don't know about others but the rules I had to follow during pregnancy like having to sleep only on one side, not eating certain foods and the limited mobility were very frustrating. So i am 40 weeks pregnant as in today. I only had irregular light cramps since these past 2 weeks and since yesterday i feel the lightning crotch feeling which is uncomfortable, also i notice that baby moves less than usual. I have my appointment booked for today. I hope everything is fine and i will get to meet my baby soon. I get all emotional when i watch this video because maybe it's the last weekly pregnancy check in i watch (i've been watching since week 8) and i got the feeling that i'm gonna miss my belly and the way the baby moves inside too. Today’s the day! 40 weeks pregnant, 2/12/19. Two sweeps & no baby. Only 1cm dilated. Haven’t been sick in years but early this morning I broke out in heavy chills that woke me out of my sleep. Happy Due Day to me! 🎉 I’m feeling really emotional today thinking about how I never felt like I’d get here being a FTM. It’s been such a long road since finding out at 8DPO! I’ve looked forward to certain channels videos each week and just feel weird knowing that’s it now. I’ll be having a sweep tomorrow or be induced in 3 days. Wish me luck! X

Thank you Channel Mum and Charlotte for these amazing & informative videos that I always looked forward to ♥️ 40 weeks! Goodness me! Never thought I'd reach my actual due date as both my girls were both born before 37 weeks but my boy seems stubborn 🤣 I really thought I'd have had him in my arms by now so I've just been feeling so impatient and physically exhausted 😩 Every day I think "today could be the day" but at this point, it feels like I'll be pregnant forever 😬

Its 40weeks+1day today. Never thought of my baby will go over 40weeks. I was so ready from 37weeks lol. I had all the signs ( bloody show, lost mucus plug and regular contraction on Monday 2-3times per 10mins) but the contraction was gone after 4 hours 😑😑 its wednesday now, still no sign of labour, (just couple of few contractions from time to time)
