Sensational! Absolutely loving these videos my main man! Especially the narrow gauge stuff 🥰😍👌. Too bad there wasn’t audio in those days. I always say to my good mate, Jeremy, imagine if we had 4K in those days and digital DSLRs! However, we are so lucky that the great railway photographers and videographers before me had the foresight to capture these wonderful scenes as a memory of when our railway system was at its peak. Thanks again for uploading! Keep well. Regards, Caleb

I think this engine looks amazing - floating between the crawling water and oil (?) tenders. But very smoky machines. I also lived in Terowie when I was a kid, but after the line was decommissioned in the early 1970's.

My Dad Use to drive them and they werent very Popular these French Engines. There were Reliability issues and some were Coal Burners and others were Oil Burners. They had a bad Habit of losing or dropping there Fire {Steam} He Drove them out of Peterborough in the Late Fifties and Early Sixties.

Such a strange engineering decision.... What was the point of making two pairs of cylinders and another set of 4 axles? It seems ovecomplicating the whole machine. While the boiler size seems too small for 4 cylinders. Very unusual machine.
