The bimmer is beautiful! Wish they would remake one with today standards. That aggressive and kinda "boxy" look is dope!

@7:30, what does that linkage connecting the front and rear subframes do?
@joeleonard99654 жыл бұрын
I assume it is to improve torsional rigidity but not sure because it would make more sense to do an X brace if that was the goal. So in summary I have no idea.

appreciate your effort BUT, if you are in racing for a long time, you know all this suspension A-Arm,... you are proud of designing them, already designed and used I would say probably when cup car starts in 94-95. Elephant racing and other companies are servicing this to 993 community,so I don't see anything new.what should be in this video would be talking about the engine which was zero talk about it. seems engine was outsourced, right? ,

Idk about the carbon fiber Kevlar liners. Kinda unnecessary from an engineers standpoint
@RogerDLee4 жыл бұрын
Maybe to prevent rocks coming off the tires from fracturing or eroding the carbon fiber?
@kenxiong68304 жыл бұрын
Roger Lee no I think it’s just a ricer thing they did. An engineer wouldn’t do that bcuz it’s a great misuse of exotic materials

Looks like you’ve essentially more than doubled the price of the car. Impressive engineering. Obviously the owner is quite wealthy. Souping up a Porsche is not for the budget limited. Are you trying to be a builder in the same category as Singer?

I believe they’re in a whole different category. Both are in the top of their respective categories, but definitely apples to oranges

That was a turbo vehicle.... this a car that makes 430hp to the crank NA. Which in fact is probably the most NA of any car like it being made. At the same time, having a better power to weight of a GT2 RS
