The assembly process was nice BUT I just found few things to share with you to improve the overall performance and longevity of the amplifier. Design of the schematic is quite straightforward though. First thing first, I have noticed that the power carrying copper traces are very narrow for this massive 400W amplifier. It should deliver 10 Amps at least to meet the 200W for each channel. 2nd point is, its fair to run both the power supply filtering caps as cool as possible, but one is very next to the heatsink which will get reasonably hot when the amp is delivering the power. So in short period, one capacitor will deteriorate faster than the other and this will cause imbalance on the power supply path for a symmetrical amplifier like this. 3rd point is not about design mistake, but its poor practice of electronics. When you are connecting two separate channels to the speaker terminal, then you should take care the returning ground path properly. When you connect ground via one cable for both the speakers, then the distortion on the output will become more. Because the influence of other channel will impact next channel. Say for example, you have a heavy beat on LEFT channel and the resistance of this ground wire is not zero. So there must be some voltage drop across this wire. Yes its little, but accountable. then what happens is, your RIGHT channel ground potential is no more at 0V level and this will case cross talk and distortion. So its always a bad practice to take the common point of output via single cable. I understand that this is not a precision level or low distortion kind of amplifier at all, but still these kind of things will make your future designs more valuable. Keep in mind.

Transformer is about 100 Watts. It is about 70 Watts output signal (35 + 35 W = R+L). How did you get 400 Watts ???!!!
