@@athee3569 Actually Narayana, present perfect tense does not work in this sentence. This is because the person commenting is describing what happened in your video and therefore should use simple past tense. If, however, the person is describing his/her situation in the present, then present perfect can be used. However the sentence above is still incorrect. The verb in a present perfect tense sentence is required to be past particle, so therefore: "I haven't understood" You're welcome.
