I love the fact that Chloe shows how disorganized she is when trying to be organized. Its genuine. I would love to see Chloe paint the outside of the cabinet with something Disney related. This cabinet is a dream for an artist like myself. All my art supplies are in a tote box cuz i move a lot and I could just put everything in one place with this and move it as is.

Chloe, re running out of shelves and totes. I had the same issue, so I bought some metal shelf pegs from a DIY store (you can probably get them from IKEA as they also fit the peg holes on their furniture). My husband then cut me some square shelves from MDF and I painted the edges white to match the cabinet - works perfectly x

Oh I love how ‘real’ you are, you make me feel better than those who have impeccable work areas (not that yours is bad, oh no, but it’s real) I’ve thought about getting one of these as my art room is neat but my card making desk is insanely cluttered and is flowing into my kitchen! My fear, however, is that it’ll be neat at first and then go all to hell. I tend to take out piles of things (stamps, paper, stencils, cutting dies, inks…) planning on making something but before I do, I take out more planning to do something else! My area is full of unfinished projects in piles. Literal piles. I think I’d have one of these full of piles of unfinished projects. LOL

I don't have the money to buy a Dreambox. I didn't know they existed till you got one Chloe. I use an Ikea wardrobe in my bedroom. Anything that is unable to fit in there, just stays piled up on my desk. I hate that but can't alter it because I live in a small house with no extra space. I would love a dedicated room/studio for my arts and sculpting items but that will never happen. I think a Dropboxreambox or a dedicated art room/studio is every artists dream. I like seeing your Dreambox in the background Chloe, it never looks messy, it just looks like a real artist uses it. Merry Christmas to you and yours. God bless you and all those you love.

I love the update. It's great that you were real with it. Here it is, it's a little messy. It is obviously helping to develop new habits to keep things better organized so in my opinion it works. I really wonder why stores haven't started designing their own and pushing them in social media. Remember when the carts from Michaels started getting popular. Now several other stores carry them. I notice that some stores pay attention to trends online and jump on them but I haven't seen any knockoff dream boxes. Of course if you can support dreambox then please do but one of these would cost me about four months of wages. I wish I had an IKEA in my state to build a dupe but we are like the least likely to ever get one.

Great video! I have also wanted this for years and I love the honest walk through of how it works, filled in and the functionality. Helps me to plan exactly what I’ll get and if it will really work for me. Video idea!! Do a “make by dream box beautiful” video where you decorate or put a color coordinated scheme on the outside of all the clear boxes. They will still be very as through on the sides when youre crafting but the front will look clean and organized at first glance. For a temporary and removable way to decorate, Use the Pantone cards and do a rainbow theme, or any other color theme. You can take paper cardstock and just cut to size, slip into the bins standing up at the front to have a solid front. No need to stick vinyl or glue to it, or paint it. unless you want a more permanent solution, then decorate away.
