Idea: Mishap-prone hazmat driver hauling explosives. Doesn’t crash, but stalls out on the train tracks, gets stuck trying to u-turn on the highway, gets trapped between gas pumps, stuff like that to make the cops really nervous. Then finally it just explodes for no reason at all.
