Next time in Marulan, there’s a butcher shop in the old part of town (turn n before the weigh station). It sells the most fantastic meat pies, made by the butcher. You might have to ring ahead to reserve one, they’re that good and popular. Well worth it. Great video. Amazing.

Interesting to see the price variation. When we crossed the Nullarbor in 2018, I filled the Cruiser up in Coolgardie where it was the normal price (180 litres) topped up in Norseman where it is dear, and got right over to Ceduna without paying the stupid money. Fuel didn’t follow the Coke Price Indicator. Enjoyed the trip with you, thanks for having us along. Did you notice the windmills at Penong? For an old windmill monkey they have a good display. Jeff

Epic video, almost as big as Ben Hur. I can watch any number of these. I haven't been into WA for many years, but usually make an annual pilgrimage from Brisbane to the SA/WA border with a friend on our vintage - but very reliable - BMW motorcyles for a meet-up at the Border Village with like minded riders. Depending on which roads we travel, distance covered there and back can be over 6000km with usual time away being 10 days. What I have heard about prices on the Nullabor is that the majority of establishments are owned by the one entity who like to get their monies worth out of travellers while the other two (?) are owned by another entity who are not as greedy. But, as we all know, if people want it and they have it, it is going to cost. Keep up the good work.
