Well I am going out today to rebuy my cameras and video camera as some low life broke into my house while I was away working on the farm so I will have to start again so I'm not sure yet what I'm getting..have you got any advice for me..❤

You'll have to tell me the application. Are you mainly going to take video out photos. A small Nikon mirrorless DSLR would be good but I don't know your budget.

Mate pack and esky or fridge with ur own fresh veg and meat and eat small but often portions . Bring mixed nuts and jerky

Pre starts are for shared equipment…. Old trucks one driver a lot to be said I worked for a bloke and we shared a truck that went twice a day 6 days a week, he set the standards you fixed the light if it were out at the end of your shift checked the tyres and the interior was to be spotless. Trucks with 750k plus and were in demand second hand and when you arrived at the shed at 2am you knew you were right to send it😅😅🎉

Ok so if you want a pretty good, above average set up you need; 1. Rode Wireless GOII for radio mike. This comes with 2 mike's for you and the interviewee. 2. A small light that connects via hotshoe. 3. You can use you phone to save money. Any later model iPhone or Samsung will be fine. 4. Tripod so you can talk in front of camera and maybe a gimble to hold this. This are the first few I would buy.

@ Was actually up there for the Aussie Hay Runners convoy to Peterborough. Not sure if you passed em along the way. They stopped in Renmark for a break and reckon once you passed me near Hallett they only 15 mins behind you..

Last time I went to Ravensthorpe, I was escorting an oversize swimming pool. It was stinking hot with a northerly breeze blowing very strong. We stopped at the garage on the main road and I went to the vacant block next door where you fuel up on LPG and decided to chuck a leak in the bushes rather than walk all the way up to the garage to use the toilet. Just as I finish and put the gear away, I am covered by about 200 bees being carried by the strong northerly wind. I was stung twice on the throat but as my young son got out of the car with a blanket to brush them away, they were blown off my body and last seen heading towards the southern ocean. Am I glad I got the gear away in time!

Today was 32 in most parts that I was driving but it's heading up to 40 within a few days. I'm in Bunbury at the moment then go to Perth after unloading then load two trailers for Collie then back to Perth. I don't know what's happening after that. Home is now in Melbourne. On a 12 volt battery there are 6 2.1v cells . So a good battery should read at least 12.6 volts . Usually a good battery will read between 13 to 14 volts . Tip to ensure good electrical connection is to clean the contacts/clamps with a fine grit sand paper and good tight connection .as you said always take negative off first and put on last . Adding a layer of silicone over terminals helps too. Great content lad.
