I really like production pay over the past six months. I’ve moved over half of our team to it. As far as for production pay for an overseas team, I would highly recommend it. However, you have to really explain it clearly I had to draw a lot of pictures.

I'm just listening in on these videos. This is relatable. I have a small team and have been leaning into production pay. Like Trevor, I find myself doing more outside of production. I do like speaking with clients. I am finding myself thinking more about the future of the company and creating content for other areas of my business.
