For anyone wondering, that (Panasonic) National fridge in the cabin is at least 16 years old!

@YamiKisara3 ай бұрын
@@TheUluxian Japan was the last country where Panasonic stopped producing National products and that was in 2008, hence the 16 years. Kiso is from 2004. So chances are the fridge is also from 2004 :)

That ship has some good vibration . The amenities are far nicer than was is offered on BCferries especially when they has the older boats (tho the older ones seem to have less vibration). Sadly the queen of Princess Rupert was sold to Fiji and is quickly rotting to pieces, while its route sister ship the queen of the North is at 1400 feet depth of the inside passage due to bridge incompetence.

I was thinking about these kind of rooms and staff seem to care about their work and just remembered something a few years. I was leaving my hotel room and I walked past a cleaning lady stood with a room door opened and she audibly gasped. It looked like it has been wrecked for a week! The bedding was al over, food, drink and alcohol containers everywhere. I try to leave a room as I find it, if I can’t get another rubbish bag from reception I put messy stuff in the bin and other rubbish next to it. From what I know about Japan I expect most people leave them tidy too. Staff have such a short amount of time to clean, it’s disgusting to expect them to clean up mess

Beautiful seas for your trip! My first thought was that the cabin overlooked an atrium as some cruise ships have added the feature. Wonder why they didn't have some type of farmers market in the ports to buy some local items? It would have been nice to have some fresh summer foods.❤
