If you want to buy a Rolex for real from a certified dealer, then you have to develop merit with a specific dealer near you. Buy a few grand seikos and omegas. Then you will have the merit to be considered for a Rolex. Right now, the reality is that most dealers have 5 watches and 1000 people who are looking for that watch. They go with merit. Of course, you can always buy a Rolex on an unofficial market for double the price if you don’t want to build merit with specific people connected to rolex in some way. Rolex’s are more rare than they are expensive. That’s why not Rolex.
