Whats making me nuts, running the box in my New Astro city, and in my blast city. The screen is to dark and i cant find any adjustment to correct the brightness. Also i wonder myself, if there are already games, that are hidden in some way??

I have tried close to 250 retro classics, they work perfectly, really suck fba, they are a good emulator in my opinion. Bobble 4 and 3 are now well emulated with smooth movement.😊

Will need to test. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to add the MAME version manually. We have an extra mame2010 folder now.

@@TeamPandory Copy that. Very cool (mame2010) But if I recall correctly, a William's game (Joust) PCB needs the service button pressed. If you have no service switch button, you can't move forward to INSERT COIN. So in an arcade PCB emulator we need to be able to map Pandora's Box known buttons to send "Service" to the ROM in Mame maybe. P1A + P1B +P1C Or an in ROM Mame menu button (TAB) On my DX II, I am using PS1 emulation and Williams Arcade, so I am running an emulator inside an emulator. Cool. It works. But clunky. Go TeamPandory!

Replying to my own question. I purchased the chamma version of the 10th anniversary. Problems: VGA output is out of range for a Viewsonic 19" 4:3 and and HP 20" 4:3. I am running via a HDMI to VGA passive adapter. Strike 1. Sure you can play the Atari 2600 and 7800 version of Joust and the Super Nintendo/Genesis versions of Smash TV, so NO you can't run them in mame out of the box Strike 2. And it just occurred to me, I am going to have peel the audio out of the HDMI, my current hook up gives no audio out of the audio port. Strike 3. I might drop it in my 25" cab. I am definitely keeping the 10th anniversary. I had better luck with the DX II and 6 though. I hope this message helps some poor soul expecting to play Joust on the 10th, you will be disappointed out of the box, unless the Atari 2600 version is your jam...

@@oizukitom Hey there, did you try changing the video output resolution? You hold the setting button on boot to do this. There are around 3 to try out. Why don't you try VGA from the VGA port? - Let me try Joust and Smash TV. Usually, there can be problems when it comes to MAME ROM versions. Which did you try?

@@TeamPandory Hi! Yes Sir. The 10th Pbox got fired up in a bar top cab, previous home to a PBox 6. I was not very specific. Yes. VGA DB15 to a 19" Viewsonic 4:3 LCD - Out of Range error. Yes I use the settings button to change video modes. I will drag out a CRT VGA display and see if I can see the actual output frequency. Update: I did get audio from the audio port going 100%, that was my error. I am running from the HDMI @1080 to a HDMI to VGA adapter, this works on my VGA LCD's. The PB 10 itself is in Hi Quality output. For each game, wait for it, you run them in 16:9 and they display 4:3 :) :) :) Williams arcade games... I re-watched the TeamPandory video on adding games. I am going to try Joust and Defender arcade for the versions of mame by directory and see what happens. I will also test the PS1 Arcade Greatest Hits and report back.

Appart from Tekken 2 (arcade version), everything else is performing very well. As for Mortal Kombat games, Wicked Gamer😈 test those first on Pandoras & Android TV boxes and is always specifying that those struggle to run on these devices.

You usually have to buy a chamma to jamma adapter anyway if you are running it on real hardware. Those have the kick adapter for this.

Why we see half letters in many games on a crt? I have disable scanlines, hd mode, but problem persists, is there any other filter running i can close?

@@TeamPandory Yes i opened it in my tv to see , it was the 0.2.26 a month ago, the box check is on 8/23. If you try snes su[per metroid you will see the leter S broken at the top at player selection, i thought it was a scanline retro filter (closed) since this box also suffer in the signal a bit in the upper left , unlike my cx .

@@ImBetterThenEveryone basically the output resolution of the emulator doesn't precisely match the CGA monitor of your arcade, so you'll have missing/ uneven pixels. On the CX/DX or any other 3A pandora box, they use a bilinear blur which while is a solution, makes everything difficult to focus on. If you try running CPS games it should be super sharp. Afaik there aren't many solutions to your problem, and the best one involves getting something like an RGBPI, Mistercade or something similar.

You talking about pandorydx there? Commenting on the wrong video there 😂 Answer: edit pandory.xml and remove the remap="neogeo" from the lines with kof in. Or just remove them all

I added dreamcast games and you can make normal saves like on the original hardware.

you can also remove sd card and boot to android and then do this Or change the screen resolution without sd card in the android settings to 1080p 50 hz ... insert the sd card Voila its running again. 100 times easier then using a pc

older comment, but no chance on current hardware not powerful enough. runs KI Gold reasonably with some stuttering i believe. there are some pandora like devices that can pull it off being smaller PCs but yeh.
