This house is just overpriced by retailer .....nothing much do search on retail websites of canada and search houses of 5 bedrooms for toronto and u will find all houses must be costing between 800k dollar to 1 million dollar (1000k ) ......and if u just buy a house near toronto then it will cost 600k - 800k not more than that ...this house is actually too overpriced for no reason ....and one more thing it only has one garage at the backyard that is the most negative point in a house .....in canada we all have garages at the front ....and all houses with 600k - 800 k price tag comes with 2 automatic garages

Rotate the whole staircase by 90° counter clockwise. Put in a wall and boom you have yourself a proper, separated entrance hall and will not lose heat in winter from your living room when you open the front door. Hell that hall is even wide enough to fit in a toilet or if needed you can extend out like a foot or two to the side. That right side wall is the outer wall anyway making the toilet space half in the house and half outside. Lovely place indeed.

The stairs to the basement and that space before the basement entrance was an interesting choice and made it a bit more unique. Not a fan of glass being used for stairs or barriers, it gets dirty and ugly way too easily. Would definitely switch those out. I know this is far out of my price range.

This is almost TOO perfect! There are an abundance of can lights in the sitting room off the kitchen. I feel like I am in a clothing boutique. "Can you show me the dressing room please?" This house is perfection. I always wonder why interior designers never get televisions to match the scale of the rooms? That TV in the master is entirely too small! Why even bother if you are going to hang a portrait size TV in a massive sized room?! The boutique showroom downstairs is exquisite as well. I know this is Canada, and maybe swimming pools aren't the thing up there bc it's so cold, but when you live in a home with this level of opulence, just include a pool. [my two cents.]
